In this video, Jean-Claude Catry from Wisdom of the Earth Interviews me on how I found my Vision, moving from a challenging and disconnective childhood into a journey of curiosity and passion guided by Nature.
Some of the highlights are:
How rejection from society created the space for the aloneness that sparked a creative lifestyle
How we can move from curiosity to passion and eventually from passion to Vision.
The challenges and resistance to following a Vision.
The importance of deep nature connection in aligning with a life supporting mission.
The importance of consistency in core routines of nature connection, mentoring and community building for finding our Vision.
I would go as far as saying my greatest purpose in offering one on one mentoring is to help people find their Vision guided by Nature. Nature is the real mentor, my role is to act as a bridge guiding people to the experiences they need to keep moving on the journey from curiosity to passion and from passion to Vision. This journey is highly at odds with the pace of modern life which makes a good mentor essential to staying on the right track and avoiding distraction and discouragement.
