Description

Learn to move through the land and use your senses like the animals do, the way our hunter gatherer ancestors did. Become one with your surroundings through this simple powerful form of dynamic mindfulness in nature. Learn practices that can, over time, bring your connection to nature, self, spirit and even other people to levels you never imagined possible. These skills are helpful whether you want to see more animals, find more edible and medicinal plants and mushrooms, become a better hunter, heal your nervous system or enhance your creativity. The benefits of this type of awareness are endless and beyond words. Sunday, October 29th 9am to 3pm YOU WILL: Expand your awareness and reduce your disturbance Deepen your connection to nature and life in general Learn practices you can apply for the rest of your life THIS CLASS IS FOR ADULTS and will be highly experiencial. Be prepared to be outside all day rain or shine. Try to wear clothing that is quiet when you move and earth-toned if possible. Thinner soled "minimalist" footwear is preferable.
